Do you have Hands Arthritis?

I've been suffering arthritis in my hands for almost a year. It's difficult to my life having this kind of illness. I'm still young to have these bad conditions. Sometimes, I get neck stiffness and headache and my hand feels like I can't explain the painful, so unexplainable. The tightness is so really weird. When I'm at work, I can't do my task comfortably it's because of the weakness of my hands and feels like so heavy.

What I do is.  I look and search for anything good just for natural arthritis remedy and I've tried some advice from a doctor. 

My friend has recommend to me for just natural remedy for my hands arthritis, it's called "elmore oil". I find it to the store and I've tried to use it and it was good and very effective. It's safe for daily use. I can buy it without prescription. Then, i've decided to do exercise regularly to keep my body active and it helps to reduce the stiffness of some joints. I do some things for my hands arthritis for not getting worse and it makes myself feel better. 

Everyday, I do exercise and moving all my joints and go for a walk it's also help to reduce the pain. It's because, Arthritis can damage our joints, skin and internal organs.

Many people have feel difficulty because of arthritis pain in their hands not only in older people also in young age could also have hands arthritis. Arthritis in hands makes you feel uncomfortable and sometimes it's very painful.

There are common symptoms of hands arthritis.


Some common signs of arthritis in the hands a sensation of grinding or cracking of the joints during movements, decrease in joint mobility, loss of joint function, loss of strength in the joints.  It occurs due to damage caused to the cartilages. Formation of cysts in the end joints of the finger can also result from hand arthritis.


Pain - Common conditions that you may feel, but just because you have some pain in your hands doesn't mean that you are suffering from arthritis. However, if you notice any or all of the following symptoms frequently, you should consult with your doctor. Pain is might be the early symptoms of arthritis of the hand include joint pain that may feel dull or burning sensation. May not be present immediately, but may effect hours later or even the following day.

Deformity - In this condition are common to the older people, the shape and size of the top of the arthritic fingers changes because of constant swelling, one may also feel that the joint has loosened up.

Stiffness of Joints - Stiffness of joints due to arthritis is mostly felt in the morning time and also in cold weather condition. Finger joints becomes stiff due to persistent pain and swelling. It becomes noticeable when the patient experience extreme pain while doing some activities. Stiffness can lead to reddening of the joint and it becomes warm and tender to touch. There's a lot people ignore these symptoms as it can happen due to various other causes.

Joint Pain - This pain intensifies when the hand is overused by activities like lifting of heavy weight, writing, knitting, typing or other activities When the hand is given some rest, the joint pain tend to go down. When the pain turns severe, it can disrupt the sleep of the patient. The pain usually tend to worsen in humid or rainy weather.

Swelling of the Joint - When the joint pain continues for a long time and the patient does not reduce the stress on hands, then it can result in swelling of the joint. This way our body try to give out the signal to stop further use of the affected hand. This occurs when the underlying tissues are damaged by arthritis.
